Prior to your appointment just drink lots of water (60-100 oz) . It helps with sensitivity and you can’t eat for 2 hours after, so keep that in mind! Please let me know if you have any other questions! Also, don’t worry about brushing your teeth - it’s better not to! Please floss and use mouthwash beforehand! Thank you!
Also, I’d bring headphones or a book since you’ll be sitting for a little bit!
