✨ Shipping Policy

To help protect your whitening gels and minimize unnecessary time in transit, orders are primarily shipped Monday–Wednesday (Thursday for Utah orders only).

Recommended Order Times

For the best opportunity for your order to ship within the same week, I recommend placing your order:

  • Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday: before 11:00 PM MST
  • Wednesday: before 12:00 PM MST
  • Best time to order: Friday, Saturday, or Sunday for the upcoming shipping week

Please keep in mind that these are recommendations and do not guarantee same-week shipment. Standard processing times still apply.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During promotions, or high-volume periods, processing may take 5–10 business days.

📦 Expedited Shipping

UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air refer to UPS transit time only. They do not include Hey Bright’s processing time and do not expedite the processing of your order.

For example, selecting UPS 2nd Day Air does not mean your order will arrive two days after it is placed. Your order will first go through our normal processing period and will then ship using the UPS service selected at checkout.

Tracking Numbers & Shipping Notifications:

Receiving a tracking number does not necessarily mean your package has been handed over to UPS yet.

Shipping labels may be created while orders are being prepared, which can automatically trigger a tracking notification. Delivery estimates shown before UPS receives and scans your package may not be accurate.

Once UPS has possession of your package, tracking information and estimated delivery dates should update accordingly.

Protecting Your Whitening Gels

Every order is packed in an insulated thermal mailer with a fresh cold pack, added immediately before I head to UPS for the evening pickup. This helps minimize the amount of time your package sits before beginning its journey.

During warmer months, UPS Next Day Air is strongly recommended for the shortest transit time and the best opportunity for your gels to arrive in optimal condition. UPS 2nd Day Air can also help reduce transit time; however, it does not include the same transit protection outlined below.

It is completely normal for cold packs to thaw during transit, especially during warmer months. A thawed cold pack does not automatically mean your whitening gels have been compromised. Cold packs are intended to help reduce heat exposure during shipping, not keep the package refrigerated throughout the entire journey.

Upon delivery, simply refrigerate your whitening gels until you’re ready to use them.

Transit Risk & Shipping Protection

Refunds, replacements, or reshipments for transit-related issues are only available for orders shipped via UPS Next Day Air.

Orders shipped using UPS Ground Saver, UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, or any other shipping method are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or reshipments due to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Heat exposure during transit
  • Packages left outside after delivery
  • Other transit-related circumstances outside of Hey Bright’s control

By selecting a shipping method other than UPS Next Day Air, you acknowledge and accept these transit-related risks.
