Shipping policy

✨ Shipping Policy

To help protect temperature-sensitive whitening gels, orders are shipped Monday–Wednesday (Thursday for Utah orders only).

We recommend placing orders:
• Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday before 11:00 PM MST
• Wednesday before 12:00 PM MST

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. During promotions, launches, or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5–10 business days.

✨ Please note: Express and Overnight Shipping apply to transit time only and do not expedite processing. Delivery times vary by location, and some destinations may require two transit days.

Your whitening gels are shipped refrigerated in insulated packaging with ice packs.

During the summer months, we strongly recommend Next Day Express Shipping for the best protection against heat exposure. Priority and 2-Day Shipping are also great options, but packages may still arrive warm depending on carrier conditions and outdoor temperatures.

If your gels arrive warm, this does not automatically indicate the product has been damaged. Simply refrigerate them upon delivery before use.

✨ Ground Shipping Policy:

Orders shipped via Ground Shipping are not eligible for reshipment, replacement, or refund due to extended transit times, carrier delays, weather conditions, or prolonged heat exposure during transit. By selecting Ground Shipping, the customer acknowledges and accepts these risks.
