✨ Shipping Policy

To help protect your whitening gels, orders are primarily shipped Monday–Wednesday (Thursday for Utah orders only).

Recommended Order Times

For the best chance of your order shipping within the same week, I recommend placing your order:

  • Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday before 11:00 PM MST

  • Wednesday before 12:00 PM MST

Best time to order: Friday, Saturday, or Sunday for Monday shipment.

Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. During promotions, product launches, or high-volume periods, processing may take 5–10 business days.

Expedited Shipping:

Please note that expedited shipping options, including UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air, apply to transit time only and do not expedite order processing.

Protecting Your Whitening Gels:

Every order is packed in an insulated thermal mailer with a fresh cold pack, which is added immediately before I head to UPS for the evening pickup. This helps minimize the amount of time your package sits before beginning its journey.

During warmer months, UPS Next Day Air is the recommended shipping method for the shortest transit time and the best opportunity for your gels to arrive in optimal condition. UPS 2nd Day Air is also a great option for reducing transit time.

It's completely normal for cold packs to thaw during transit, especially during warmer months. A thawed cold pack does not automatically mean your whitening gels have been compromised. Cold packs are designed to help reduce heat exposure during shipping they are not intended to keep your package cold for the entire transit period.

Upon delivery, simply refrigerate whitneing gels until you're ready to use them.

Transit Risk & Shipping Protection

Refunds, replacements, or reshipments for transit-related issues are only available for orders shipped via UPS Next Day Air.

Orders shipped using UPS Ground Saver, UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, or any shipping method other than UPS Next Day Air are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or reshipments due to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Heat exposure during transit

  • Packages left outside after delivery

  • Other transit-related circumstances outside of my control

By selecting any shipping method other than UPS Next Day Air, you acknowledge and accept these transit-related risks.
