What I Send To Clients Pre-Treatment:
You can use or edit how you would like:
Prior to your appointment, please drink lots of water (60–100 oz). Staying hydrated can help minimize sensitivity. You also won't be able to eat for approximately 2 hours after your appointment, so please keep that in mind! Please let me know if you have any questions. Also, don't worry about brushing your teeth beforehand—it's actually better not to! Please floss and use mouthwash before your appointment. Thank you!
Also, I'd recommend bringing headphones, a book, or something to keep you entertained since you'll be sitting for a little while during your whitening session.
Please remember: To maintain healthy teeth and gums, it's recommended that you visit your dentist on a regular basis. Teeth whitening is not a dental cleaning. If you have allergies or reactions to peroxide or glycerin, teeth whitening is not recommended. If you have diabetes, heart conditions, are pregnant, or are currently breastfeeding, you may want to consult with your doctor before using teeth whitening products.
